Every home is built to one of six Collections. Each has its own level of finishes and materials, from the accessible Dogwood to the premier Heritage Oak. A higher Collection usually means a higher cost per square foot, so you can choose more space, more luxury, or the mix that fits you.

We "build on paper" first. Your Collection, plan and interior finishes are settled before the first nail goes in, so your home has deep roots. You get clear communication and expert guidance at every milestone, from the mechanical walk to your final orientation.
