Your build timeline.
What happens each week from signed contract to keys in hand, and the walk-throughs we'll do together along the way. The build clock starts when your septic or general building permit is issued; from there, a typical build takes about 22 weeks.
The weeks count from the day your septic or general building permit is issued, because how long permitting takes is up to the county. Some things are outside the builder's control. County permitting, inspection scheduling and the weather all set their own pace. Because of them, there can be unforeseen delays at any stage. When something changes, we'll tell you right away and update your timeline.
